Excellent service
Easy to order, arrived on time stated. Well packed so easy to set up. Very pleased with the treadmill easy to use information enclosed very easy to follow and most of all very quiet when when on . Overall good customer service and product . I would recommend this treadmill to anyone who is thinking of getting one. You won’t be disappointed .!

Bike broke after 8 months.
I only weigh 8 stone, so I doubt it's due to my weight that the bike broke.
Company refused a replacement part, as they said they no longer produce that part...even though the bike is still in production. Even offered to pay for the part...ended up having to throw a £250+ bike away as it couldn't be fixed.
Ended up with a £50 refund.

Overall issues with homefitnesscode from the start, from delivery, to the bike arriving damaged, to now completely broken after 8 months of use.

Would give a 0 if I could. Ordered treadmill following good reviews on website. Treadmill was faulty on arrival. Have now been going back and forth with the company for 4 weeks trying to arrange refund and collection of faulty treadmill. Waited in from 8am until 8pm as instructed by them on Thursday for the courier to not show up. I would have been as well throwing £250 down the toilet as they make refunding treadmills a near impossible task.

I ordered a treadmill
I ordered a treadmill . It arrived with a cracked screen, fingerprints, cracked hardware. I’ve gone back and forth with your customer service for days. O was ask to resend photos and then offered $30 for a machine I paid $268 which is upon further review is unsafe as the walking pad is falling apart. I’ve sent photos via email and IG evidencing the issues. I need a replacement or a full refund. ASAP

This compony should be banned from trading they are a disgrace and conn artists.
Same as most of the reviews they do not stick to their agreement as listed due to faulty goods returns, they mascaraed as a UK compony but they are Chinese and if I had known this I would not have bought from them as I have had dealings with Chinese sellers before.
They do everything to avoid refunding for faulty goods but instead keep saying belt needs resetting although they send these instructions with the treadmills and when I repeatedly told them I have set it according to their instructions but the belt still moves when walking on it they then sent me a video which was nothing like my treadmill it showed 2 people setting it using adjustments from both ends but mine shows settings from one end, if I wanted to set from both ends I would have to remove the casing from the other end which encases the digi display.
So the only thing you will get from them same as some of the reviews is a partial refund, the only option is legal but they know that would cost us too much.
So my advice is don't buy anything from these robbers because you will loose your money unless you take there partial refund, so as I said they should be banned from trading because what they are doing is FRAUD

Faulty treadmill. Item from Hong Kong. Company resisting return.
Seeking a return and refund for a folding treadmill that is faulty. Company seemingly resistant to do so.

I purchased the folding treadmill. Delivery for me was exceptionally quick. 5/5 at this point.

I unboxed and after following the set up instructions, I tried to use the treadmill, only for the belt to continuously shift to the right and run into the side of the machine (fortunately able to turn off machine quickly to avoid belt being damaged).

I contacted the company and requested a return as I cannot get the belt to stay in the center of the board. I was sent a repeat copy of the adjustment instructions.

I had another go at trying to fix the issue with no luck. Again, I request a return.

I've been offered a £30 refund to keep a treadmill I cannot use. I've gone back and requested a full refund, so awaiting further communication.

Like other users, I have noted the company is registered in London but items appear to come from Hong Kong (the tracking message sent to my phone said hong kong, but there's also a sticker on the box noting hong kong). I personally would not have purchased had I known this to begin with. There are many positive reviews on this item on the website that don't tally up with reviews on here - wish I'd found this set of reviews sooner.

Hoping the company will issue a refund soon. But the reviews on here have me worried.

Think twice before you use
Delivery was left outside on a main road, driver forged my signature and said he'd handed it to me. Let Homefitness code know this and provided them with footage from the ring camera showing this and still after nearly two weeks there still discussing with the courier. No updates or refund yet.

Received my treadmill today but the…
Received my treadmill today but the handle fixing is totally different to the one advertised and a random nut was in the box which I can only imagine belongs to the handle somewhere. I’m hoping the company will accommodate with collection and refund else I will be seeking advice from trading standards and my solicitor friend. And due to the comments I’ve read I would prefer the refund before collection as I can’t afford to be minus £229.

Another faulty treadmill...
Faulty treadmill which after multiple failed collection attempts was finally refunded six weeks after requesting. Buy cheap pay twice might apply to the products but no excuse for the slow customer service.

Don't buy from them!
Terrible terrible experience and customer service. My delivery is one week late and I received a delivery confirmation every day, followed up by text on the day saying it can't be delivered and I have to reschedule. I did it 3 times already!
I emailed courier who said that they haven't received my order telling me to contact the seller who know nothing!
Courier said that there is an issue in the delivery but they don't know what it is and neither does the seller. they were supposed to contact their logistics but I haven't hear back from them after chasing every day.
So unprofessional!
Goods are apparently coming from China so I am already worried about the quality.
I really need an update or an immediate refund as they they your money and you never hear back.

Horrendous company!
Treadmill faulty and been trying to get a refund for weeks!
Evri never shows up to collect it and neither company has anyone to talk to, all automated!!
Third failed attempt at waiting in all day!!
Very angry!!! ?

If I could give a zero star
If I could give a zero star, I really would. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service. My treadmill is faulty and I sent a video clearly showing that there is an awful sound coming from it (not to mention the burning rubber smell) and they had the cheek to say we can’t see what’s wrong with it and gave me some generic instructions to fix it. They won’t ring me after I’ve asked a numerous amount of times to speak to a manger or someone in charge. Please avoid this website and save yourself the headache. I’ve spent £200 on a treadmill that didn’t even last 4 months.
